Completed on line form, no reply after 4 days, rang them, they apologised and said it would be chased up immediately. 5 days later still heard nothing, rang again, told lady dealing with emails would be in the next day and would email me. Next day still heard nothing, rang again and although they apologised said she was very busy! Went elsewhere and got excellent same day service..
